CHOOSE CHRIS

We were in the process of selling our Mother and Father’s home. One of the store areas had a bad roof leak. I contacted Chris because Chris had done a roof for my son Jared. Jared got several bids, but he said that what he liked about it was that Chris got him a better quality of shingle than the other bids. Chris’ prices were in line and yet he had a better quality of shingle. Chris looks for the things and the way they need to be done and that’s how he does them. He doesn’t cut corners. He doesn’t back off and say, well the owner isn’t here so I’m gonna short-change him or I’m gonna do something different. He does it the right way.

He’s upfront. That’s what I like about him. He tells you, this is what I am going to charge you for a square foot and if I have to put down plywood, this is what it’s going to cost to put down the plywood.

I have no question about his integrity.

He spends time so it isn’t hurry up and get out. He takes the time to do it right.
